Since 2004 he is working mainly in cooperation with Paulo Pereira under the label blindspot.

Currently, Herwig Turk is Artist in Residence at the IMM (Communication and Training Unit and the Cell and Molecular Neuroscience Unit) were he is working on a project called S.R.I., within the programme Rede de Residências of Ciência Viva/DGArtes.   
 

The project will be build through the appropriation of scientific techniques and experiments that are focused on the not so obvious social pollution of experiments. I want to cross social science and nature science techniques to establish the ground of the artistic output. The investigative approach is common ground of art and science, the outcome will be interpreted and formatted with all artistic means.
