Cancellation policy

All cancellations should be made in writing to the Conference Office.
If notification is received by November 1st, 2008 a refund of 50% will be made. There will be no refund for cancellations made after this date. Cancellations and changes in hotel reservations must be made in writing to Hotel Contact or if you have booked a room yourself with the relevant hotel.
